The building includes tare collection point, the store’s staff and office space and warehouse facilities. There are parking spaces for bus, cars, bycycles and shoping carts on the lot and separate parking spaces for staff and customers. The building plan is simple and funcitonal, leaving the impression of modern shopping centre. The color tones are mainly cheerful shades of yellow and red which are characteristic for Selver; these tones are used in trim materials and large illuminated ads.
