In Sirkel & Mall we use the LEAN method of process management to coordinate projects, and we draw up a pull plan for every project.
A plan which is playful in terms of its form but constructive in terms of its content provides a visual overview of a project’s status and of the steps that need to be taken by the team.
Bringing everyone on board at the same time also makes them personally responsible for ensuring that they contribute as much as required within the timeframe set.
In addition to pull-planning, we bring everyone on the design team for larger-scale projects together in what we call a Big Room so as to ensure that everything goes smoothly: that resources are utilised as effectively as possible, and that information moves swiftly between all the members of the team.
