We advise our clients on the type of structure they should build and why. We have almost 20 years of experience to draw on in assessing a business plan drawn up for a vacant block of land or a building in need of renovation and coming up with a project that meets the needs and wishes of both the client and the end user.

As the main engineering contractor, we have a team of specialists whose knowledge and experience covers all of the fields listed below.

Architecture

Architecture is the process of creating an integrated solution for a building. It involves deciding on the layout of rooms and the connections between them, the building’s outward appearance and its interior design.

Structural engineering

Both static and dynamic calculations are needed when designing the load-bearing part of a structure. We design concrete, steel and timber structures and advise clients on which of the three to choose.

MEP systems

The designing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, water and sewerage systems and electricity, weak-current and automatics systems.

Project management

Project management ensures that all of the necessary resources are included in the design and engineering process and that the work is completed on schedule and to budget. The project manager is responsible for all project documentation.

Environment

Site plans, detailed plans, landscape architecture, energy ratings, development of renewable energy solutions and carbon footprint calculations.

Structures

Industrial buildings, port facilities, pumping stations, underground constructions, liquid storage tanks, roads, plazas and the external technical networks of buildings all fall under the umbrella term of ‘structures’.

We are guided in our designs by the client’s business model, creating the optimal solutions accordingly.
In the design stage we take the cost of materials into account and make sure the project stays within its budget.
We undertake all projects in compliance with EVS construction standards and BIM requirements.
