We designed the structures and technical systems for ‘Ajamaja’, the last building to be renovated in the Rotermann Quarter, in cooperation with KOKO Architects and the builder, Nordecon. The modern office building which now stands on the walls of the former industrial complex brings the 15-year regeneration of the Rotermann Quarter to an impressive close.

The building opened its doors on 15th of June 2021.
