Rotermanni kvartali viimase renoveeritava hoone, Ajamaja, konstruktsioonide ja tehnosüsteemide projekteerimine koostöös KOKO Arhitektide ja ehitajaga Nordecon. Kunagise tööstushoone müüridele kerkinud moodne büroohoone paneb väärika punkti 15 aastat kestnud Rotermanni kvartali uuenemisele.
