It includes a basement level. The main entrance is on the Leerim\u00e4e Alley side of the house. The main part of the building abutting the northern end of the property extends over 1.5 floors, while a further two-storey structure sits at the southern end. The load-bearing structure of the building comprises block walls and concrete and metal constructions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The architectural solution for the home was devised with the building style and siting characteristics of the area in mind. The buildings in the area feature either flat or gable roofs, with smooth rendering dominating in the finishing of their facades.\nThe home is divided up into sections according to use: the main living areas are on the 2nd floor, where there is a spacious terrace with views towards Lake \u00dclemiste. The sauna complex is on the 1st floor, facing north, while the garage is south-facing in line with the property\u2019s access points.
