Our conceptual design which took 3rd place in the open architectural competition for the hotel and commercial building at F.R. Kreutzwaldi tn 31/Tartu mnt 45, which we titled ‘Astmes’, was the brainchild of Estonian and Ukrainian architects.

In the jury’s view, it created a dynamically diverse hotel building whose levels and terraces were a nod to poetic architecture.
