This complex comprises two rectangular-shaped sections. The part on the 4th level is set back and forms half of the permitted area under the building.
The building is finished in white plaster with accents provided by dark grey plaster, balcony structures with similarly dark-grey metal edges, timber balcony railings and windbreaks and one surface featuring smooth horizontal timber boards in dark brown.
A playful element is introduced into the facade through the use of different materials: metal grey paint, the plaster surfaces and the texture of the timber. The balconies are partly suspended and partly stand on posts on the ground.
The building was designed to have 17 apartments: 9 two-room apartments, 7 three-room apartments and 1 four-room apartment. The complex is served by two stairwells. The 1st floor includes a technical room and storage spaces.
