This home, designed as a completely new structure, is located at Võtmeheina tee 4 in the Metsavahi residential area of the village of Allika in Saue municipality in Harju County. It covers two storeys without a basement. The main entrance faces onto Võtmeheina Road from the north-western side of the house. The main part of the building abutting the northern end of the property extends over two floors, while the other lower-level part of the building sits at the southern end. The load-bearing structure of the building comprises block walls and iron and metal constructions.
The architectural solution for the home was devised with the building style and siting characteristics of the area in mind. The buildings in the area feature either flat or gable roofs, with timber and smooth rendering dominating in the finishing of their facades. The building as designed has a simple, modern appearance with elegant and precisely dimensioned details, imbuing it with a sense of both subtlety and presentability.
The house is made up of three sections: the main two-storey part running along the north-eastern edge of the property; and two one-storey sections that branch off it, creating a more private courtyard and terrace space. The wing of the house facing onto Võtmeheina Road features the kitchen and dining room, while the other wing forms a covered area which stands 0.8 metres from the main section of the building but comes across as part of it. The lower floor in the two-storey part of the building is home to a garage, a technical room and a sauna complex. The upper floor has bedrooms and bathrooms.
